User Agreement for AIdviser - AI Sports Analytics Platform. Terms and conditions for using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AIdviser, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
AIdviser provides AI-powered sports analytics and insight services. Our platform offers statistical analysis, match insights, and sports intelligence tools for educational and analytical purposes.
3. Use of Content
All content provided on AIdviser is for informational purposes only. While we aim for high accuracy (currently 81%), we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of any insights provided. Users assume full responsibility for their decisions based on this content.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
The AIdviser platform, including its proprietary AI models, algorithms, and content, is the intellectual property of Fab4 Sp. z o.o and is protected by copyright and other laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AIdviser or Fab4 Sp. z o.o be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
7. Responsible Use
AIdviser is an analytics tool, not a gambling platform. We encourage all users to use our insights responsibly and in accordance with local laws. We do not support or promote irresponsible gambling.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AIdviser at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
